Where do I start?
You can try StarReports in demonstration mode by clicking Reports (Apple)
icon on the home page and entering the demo password
If you want to try StarReports fully, simply Register with the site and you can
start creating your own reports
How do I Register?
Click the Register Here
link on the home page to create a new user account
Once signed in you can start building reports for your class. To print or
download a copy of the report, you will need report credits

Do all my staff use the same password?
YYes, the all your staff will access StarReports using the same email address and
password
How much does it cost?
StarReports costs just £1 per pupil. You need 1 Report Credit per pupil
What are report credits?
Once registered, you are free to start creating reports. However you need Report
Credits to print out each report you create
Will I be charged every time I print?
No. You can modify a report as often as you like and will only be charged
the first time you print
If you change the class or pupil name however, you will be charged again as this
is considered a new report is considered a new report
How do I purchase report credits?
You can purchase credits online using paypal or simply let us know how many
reports you want to print (i.e. how many pupils you have) and we will send you an invoice. You can

What do the printed reports look like?
The Reports are printed on A4 and can be customised to suit your needs. On
the report page, you'll find the Page Setup button, which allows you
to tailor the style and content of your report

Can I add head teacher comments?
Yes, there's a subject in the Reports page called "Closing Comments" which is
written specifically for Head Teachers
Alternatively, if you wish to write by hand on each report, there is an
option on the Page Setup screen to include a Head Teacher's comment box
on the report
Can I show the School Logo?
Yes, on the Page Setup screen the is an option to upload an image of school's
logo, which will then appear on the reports
Can I rename subjects?
Yes, on the Reports Page you'll find the Subject Setup button which
allows the you change the name and display order of the Subject Headers
Can I add my own subjects?
Yes you can, using the Subject Setup button. However, new subjects will
not have any report statements, only a free type box to enter your own text
What is the best way to learn and train my staff?
1) To begin, take a look at the Demonstration Video
